| All of our kittens will have had their first and second booster vaccine, dewormed two times and have been vet-checked by our licensed veterinarian before they leave our home at 12 weeks of age. This age may vary depending on when the kittens and mother cat are socially independent from each other. **You will be responsible for the last booster vaccine and yearly rabies shot ** "Purfect Kitties for Purfect Homes" |

| Please be advised that any payments made through PayPal will be increased by 4% to cover the PayPal fees. |

| We require a $175 non-refundable deposit to hold our kittens. Kittens are NOT considered sold until your deposit AND Signedhas been received. We will allow only a 4 day period of time between your wishing to adopt one of our kittens to the day we receive both your deposit AND signed contract. After 4 days, the kitten will be considered available and the next family on our list will be contacted. PLEASE read our contract carefully before placing a deposit. ALL deposits are non-refundable. We also reserved the right to cancel the sale of any kitten at anytime. If this would happen, all monies will be returned to you within 7 days from cancellation of sale. |

| Shipping and Delivery: ***Priority will be given to homes that do not require air shipping*** Although we do prefer not to ship our kittens, we understand that there are circumstances where it cannot be avoided. We ONLY use Continental Airlines "Pet Safe Program" Shipping charges vary, but are approximately $315 and include the following... Continental or Delta Airlines flight ticket Airline approved pet carrier First two sets of shots Rabies Vaccine Deworming Veterinarian Health Certification for Flight Health Shot Record Kitten Banket made especially for your kitten and has the scent of it's mother and siblings. **Familiar smells will help keep your kitty calm during this transition.** PLUS: OUR NEVER ENDING SUPPORT. Remember, we are only an email or phone call away! Please Note: We are willing to meet at an agreed upon location, if you are unable to come to our home to pick up your kitten. The fee for this service starts at $50. If this is something you would require, please contact us so that arrangements can be made in advance. |
