Cat/kitten will NOT be resold or given away for any reason without Seller's WRITTEN consent. NO EXCEPTIONS! 2.) Cats or kittens sold as pets must be spayed / neutered. Seller will "hold" the blue slip of their adopted kitten/cat until the above information has been received from their licensed veterinarian. 3.) This cat/kitten will NEVER be allowed to roam freely outdoors. 4.) We prefer that this cat/kitten not be declawed, as this is mutilation and considered an inhumane procedure. Declawing is surgically removing the tips of the fingers, and we feel is unacceptable. 5.) This cat/kitten, including any offspring of this cat/kitten, must never be given or sold to any research or testing facility and must not be released to any shelter, humane society or pet shop. If Buyer is no longer able to be responsible, it is required that the Buyer contact the Seller and return the cat(s)/kitten(s). 6.) Buyer agrees to maintain proper veterinary care for cat/kitten including all yearly vaccinations. 7.) Himalayan/Persian kittens/cats fall into the "snub nosed" category. Even though Purfect Kitty only breeds Doll-Faced kittens/cats we would ask your kitten/cat be kept in temperatures no more than a high of 80 degrees or low of 65 degrees. 8.) Buyer will provide proper food and water for cat/kitten at all times. 9.) Cat/kitten must have access to a clean litterbox at all times. 10.) Buyer is also required to keep up with the daily maintenance and grooming needed to keep the cat/kitten clean and matt free. This also includes clipping the cats nails on a regular basis. 11.) If Buyer violates this contract in any way, ownership of said cat/kitten will revert back to Seller. Buyer will be required to return the cat/kitten immediately at the Buyer's own expense. 12.) Should said cat or kitten be returned for any reason, no refund or compensation of any kind will be made to the Buyer, and any cost involved in the return of the cat/kitten or any veterinary expenses, shall be the responsibility of the Buyer. Seller guarantees that this cat/kitten is in good health at the time of sale. Buyer is encouraged to have said cat/kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian and should said cat/kitten be found to be of ill health, Buyer may return the cat/kitten within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund. No refunds will be made after 72 hours. Seller does not guarantee against fleas, fungus or mites as these are very treatable and so common in Persians that the Seller feels unable to guarantee against them, however we will never knowingly place a cat or kitten with fleas, fungus or mites. Seller also believes the cat/kitten to be genetically sound and will be replaced with another cat/kitten should it die of a genetic defect within one year of purchase date. Said genetic defect must be evident in a necroscopy provided by the Buyer. Seller also has the right to talk to the veterinarian who performed the necroscopy. By signing below, Buyer is stating that he or she has read and understands the contract and agrees to the terms and conditions within. Seller reseverves the right to terminate the purchase of any cat or kitten. If the Seller terminates purchase of a cat or kitten, then a full refund of all money invested will go back to the Buyer. Buyer also understands that any deposit paid to hold a cat or kitten is non-refundable should Buyer decide, at any point, not to take the cat or kitten.
